Recycling Plant, Waste Management Solution Module

This web app tracks materials moving on and off-site, allowing users to pass, unload, or reject them based on quality criteria. It displays all on-site vehicles and lets users capture and catalog material images for streamlined quality control.

Bespoke Report Generation

The dynamic table is designed to simplify load management by using a color-coded system with only two colors: green and red.

Each row in the table represents a load currently on-site and contains relevant details such as vehicle ID, material type, and inspection status.

* Green: Indicates that the load has passed the inspection and is approved for unloading.

* Red: Indicates that the load has failed the inspection and requires removal or further action.

Users can interact with each row to view more details or take additional actions, such as adding notes or updating the status.

This straightforward color-coding provides a clear and immediate visual cue, making it easy for users to monitor and manage site activities efficiently.

Amend Bookings

This system offers real-time database integration to streamline the material unloading process. Users can access detailed information about each selected load, including vehicle ID, material type, and quality specifications, all updated live through the integrated database.

A unique feature is the ability to take a live snapshot of the material directly from the web app. This snapshot can be instantly compared to a standardized reference image, helping users quickly assess the quality. If the material meets the standards, the system notifies the connected desktop application, marking the load as "Passed" for unloading. If the material fails to meet quality standards, the system marks it as "Failed" and prompts further action.

Additionally, the retake function allows users to capture a new image if the first attempt is unclear, ensuring accurate quality assessment. The entire process is designed to be seamless, user-friendly, and efficient, providing a smooth workflow from inspection to final unloading.

Detailed weighing screen capturing all details

The overview table provides a comprehensive view of all loads on-site, offering users a straightforward and actionable display of current operations.

Each row in the table represents a load and includes key information such as:

* Vehicle ID: Identifies the vehicle carrying the load.

* Material Type: Specifies the type of material being transported.

* Load Status: Displays the current status, marked clearly with a green or

red color:

* Green: "Passed – Ready for Unloading"

* Red: "Failed – Await Removal" *

Instructions: Provides direct, easy-to-follow instructions for each load. For example:

For green loads: "Proceed to unloading area."

For red loads: "Contact site supervisor for removal."

Action Buttons: Offers quick access to relevant actions, such as "View Details," "Update Status," or "Add Notes."

This table gives a clear, color-coded snapshot of all loads, with clear instructions for each, streamlining the process and aiding in quick decision-making.

The login system is designed with access control to ensure secure and personalized access for each driver. Each driver has unique login credentials (username and password) to access the system. Upon successful login, the driver is directed to a personalized dashboard where they can view a real-time list of all vehicles currently on-site. The access control mechanism restricts users based on their roles; drivers can only view and interact with data relevant to their tasks, while administrators may have broader access to manage vehicle data, user accounts, and site operations. This ensures secure, role-based access tailored to each user's needs.
