Multi-Site Data Replication and Site Prefix Structure
To support multiple sites working as one connected operation, the system uses real-time data replication combined with a site prefix structure on records. This keeps each location clearly identifiable while ensuring all sites and the cloud platform stay aligned with the same live operational picture.
Cloud Management Web App
A central cloud-based management web app was delivered to manage the entire operation. This includes ticket creation, editing, auditing, record viewing, reporting, dashboard filtering, and invoicing support—giving admin and management teams a single place to control and review everything across all sites.
On-Site Driver Terminals
Four driver terminals were implemented across multiple locations to automate driver entry on arrival. This reduced manual input, created a consistent workflow regardless of site, and helped speed up vehicle processing at key points of the weighbridge journey.
Weighbridge, ANPR, and Access Control Integration
The solution integrates weighbridge hardware for live weight readings, along with ANPR cameras to capture vehicle registrations automatically. For smoother and safer site movement, traffic lights and barrier access control are included as part of the weighbridge workflow, supporting a modern, automated entry-to-exit process.
